A payment link is issued with your order confirmation. Accepted methods are confirmed on that link rather than listed here, because publishing a payment method that later changes is worse than asking. Institutional purchase orders and invoicing are available for bulk and repeat supply — raise it in the order email.

Yes, until the parcel has been scanned by the carrier. Email the order number and what needs to change. Once a parcel has been scanned the address cannot be altered and the order is handled under the refund policy instead.

Sold-out listings stay published rather than being removed, so the specification, catalogue number and molecular data for that compound remain readable while it is unavailable. An out-of-stock listing cannot be added to the cart and carries no restock date unless one is stated on the page.

Everything here is supplied as a reference material for in vitro laboratory research, and publishing administration guidance would represent it for human use regardless of how it is labelled. Questions about what a compound is, what a lot assayed at, or what the research literature reports are answered in full.

Samples are not sent, but a recent certificate of analysis will be, with the purchaser details removed, so you can see the format and what is reported before you commit to an order. Ask by email and name the compound you are evaluating.
