Every order is packed and dispatched from British Columbia, Canada and travels domestically to the delivery address. Stock is held in the country, so an order placed before the afternoon cut-off is on a courier the same day and lands in two to five business days.

Peptide delivery times across Canada
2–5 business days to any Canadian address once the carrier has the parcel. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude statutory holidays, so an order dispatched on the Friday of a long weekend starts its clock on the Tuesday.
That is a range rather than a date because no carrier guarantees one. Addresses close to the British Columbia warehouse land at the short end; remote northern and Atlantic postal codes land at the long end, and occasionally past it in bad weather. If a parcel has not moved for a full business week it is treated as lost and replaced or refunded — see below.
How peptide orders are packed
Compounds ship as a lyophilised powder in a sealed vial, which is stable at room temperature for the duration of domestic transit and does not need a cold chain to arrive intact. Vials are packed in a rigid outer with the certificate of analysis for the lot enclosed. Packaging is unbranded on the outside: the label carries an address, a return address and nothing that describes the contents.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off, or on a weekend or statutory holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery addresses
Orders ship to Canadian addresses only. Canada Post delivers to a PO box or a general delivery counter; courier services do not, so selecting a PO box limits which shipping options are available on that order. A signature may be required at the carrier’s discretion on higher-value parcels.
An address cannot be changed once a parcel has been scanned by the carrier. Before that, email [email protected] with the order number and the corrected address.
If something goes wrong
A parcel with no carrier scan for a full business week is treated as lost and is replaced or refunded at your choice. We do not require a carrier claim to be settled first — that is our problem to pursue, not yours to wait on.
A parcel that arrives with damaged vials is replaced on receipt of a photograph of the shipping box and its contents, sent within five days of delivery. Keep the packaging until the replacement is confirmed.
A parcel marked delivered that you did not receive should be reported within five days of the delivery scan. These are investigated with the carrier case by case; a parcel left in a mailroom or with a neighbour is the most common outcome.
Refunds and returns outside these cases are covered by the refund policy.
Taxes on a Canadian peptide order
Applicable GST, HST, PST or QST is calculated at the rate for the shipping province and is shown before an order is confirmed. That figure is the whole of it: nothing further is collected at the door, and no fee is invoiced after delivery.
International orders

Are there any fees on top of the price shown at checkout?
No. The only charges on an order are the catalogue price, shipping if the order is under the free-shipping threshold, and applicable sales tax at the rate for the shipping province — all three shown before you confirm. Nothing further is collected on delivery and nothing is invoiced afterwards.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us with the order number and the tracking number. A parcel that the carrier has not scanned for a full business week is treated as lost and is replaced or refunded; a parcel that arrives with damaged vials is replaced on receipt of a photograph of the shipping box and its contents. Both are handled without a carrier claim having to be settled first.
Can an order be sent to a PO box or a general delivery address?
Yes, to a Canada Post PO box or general delivery counter. Courier services do not deliver to PO boxes, so selecting one at checkout restricts the shipping options available on that order.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No. This catalogue is stocked, priced and shipped within Canada only. A parcel sent elsewhere would fall under a different regulatory regime at the destination, and the dispatch and transit windows quoted on this site are for Canadian delivery.
